Fantastic e-bike. Was easy to assemble. Unfortunately the back light arrived broken and the accelerator handle was loose but customer support promised to send me new ones. The bike is easy to ride and one can change the settings to suit. Very satisfied.
J'ai eu un problème avec le cadran compteur, après une conversation rapide par WhatsApp et l'échange de quelques photos pour expliquer la panne , j'ai reçu la pièce de remplacement avec un délai de seulement 7 jours.
