Orders Processing Time

We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload tracking numbers within 48 Hours.



Shipping Time

The shipping time usually takes 5-7 days business days, depending on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.

You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state by entering your tracking number through 17track: www.17track.net/en



Cancellation

Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 8 hours before our warehouse handles your order. We do not offer cancellation once the parcel has been sent out. If you are canceling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

There are 6-8 hours of time equations between EU countries and China. Please contact us to cancel the order during your working hours in the morning (when we are in the afternoon working time).


Signatures Required

Shipments containing e-bikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, although starting with the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.


Refused Shipments – Flat Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $160/pc to cover our shipping costs partially. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $160/pc.
