It seems ok but doesn’t appear to have same range as the original battery. I only about 17 miles while peddling hard on power pas 2 and 3

I ordered the battery on October 4th and I still haven't received it. Their service has been terrible; Carolin's management has been opaque and shady. I will not recommend their sales platform to anyone, and I will specifically spread the word about the poor quality of their service.
